We have a fully-equipped studio in SW London with lighting setups ideal for jewellery, food & drink, and packaging. Location shoots can be arranged as needed.

Yes, many of our clients send products directly to us. We’ll confirm receipt and condition, and coordinate shoot dates with you. For more creative set-ups, we either agree to a story board or advise you to attend the shoot.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days after shoot confirmation, but express options are available.

Yes, you’ll receive a licence for full commercial usage. We’re happy to clarify usage rights based on your needs.

You’ll get high-res JPEGs or PNGs for web, and TIFFs if needed for print. Crops and sizing for different platforms can be provided on request.

We invoice after the shoot upon submission of low res watermarked files. Once payment is made, the high resolution non-watermarked files are released unless pre-agreed otherwise.
